I had been holding onto a property that I was not living in and was bleeding money by not having it rented. The property was in a lake community and would need a substantial amount of money to update it and potentially keep it as a full time rental. Fast forward 15 days later he closed my property making it as seamless and easy as possible. Nate negotiated the best price possible given the updates that the property needed. He was extremely professional and outstanding to work with through the entire process, making it easy for me, as the seller, to close quickly and with very little effort on my end. I would absolutely have Nate as my agent, both as a buyer and seller, for all my future properties.
